We have five individually decorated, comfortable and clean rooms. Prices are quoted per room per night. Discounts are available for stays of three nights or more.

Please note that check-in times are from 3:30pm until 8:00pm on your day of arrival. Please advise when booking if you need to arrange a later time to check in. You are requested to vacate your rooms by 10am on the day of departure. This time gap is essential for the smooth running of the guest house.

All rooms come equipped with a colour TV, tea and coffee trays and radio alarm clocks. Hair dryers are available upon request. We can provide a laundry and ironing service for a small extra charge.

Payment
We accept cash, and major credit and debit cards. We do not accept American Express or cheques. Credit cards will be subject to a 3% booking fee. Debit cards and other methods of payment are free from any charge. Valid card details are required to secure a reservation. Discounts are given for a stay of 3 nights or more.

Cancellation & Notice
We have a 48 hour cancellation policy for one and two night stays. Deposits will be returned if notice of cancellation is given more than 48 hours prior to check-in time (3:30pm) on your expected day of arrival. However, one week's notice is required for stays of 3 nights or more. We reserve the right to charge the full amount for a booking if the room is not cancelled on time and the room cannot be re-booked.

Any details you disclose to us will be used solely for your reservation and will not be given or sold to any other business or individual.
